* Access to these digital products is usually provided instantly after a successful payment.

2. Dispatch and Delivery of Physical Products
* For physical products (such as printed books and hardcopy study materials), the standard order processing time is 2 to 5 business days.
* Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time for physical products is 5 to 10 working days, depending on your location.

3. Shipping Charges
Any applicable shipping charges for physical deliveries will be calculated and clearly displayed during the checkout process before payment.

4. Delays and Customer Responsibility
* We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen external circumstances.
* Customers must provide accurate delivery details at checkout. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by the user.
