Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

At Karma IAS, we ensure our educational resources are of the highest quality. Due to the nature of our digital products and physical books, our cancellation and refund guidelines are strictly defined below.

1. Cancellation Policy
* Digital Products: Orders for digital content cannot be cancelled after successful purchase and activation.
* Physical Products: You may request to cancel an order for physical books within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched. To cancel, please email Support@karmaias.com immediately.

2. Return and Refund Eligibility (Digital Products)
* All purchases related to online courses, test series, and digital study materials are strictly non-refundable once access has been granted.
* We do not offer refunds in situations involving a change of mind, partial usage of the course, or lack of satisfaction.
* Exceptions: Refunds for digital products may only be considered in cases of a failed transaction where no service was provided, or in the event of a duplicate payment.

3. Return and Refund Eligibility (Physical Products)
* For physical books, returns are only accepted if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
* You must notify us at Support@karmaias.com within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photographic or video evidence of the damage.
* The physical product must be returned unused and in its original packaging.

4. Refund Processing Timeframes
* Once your refund request is verified and approved (either for a digital exception or a returned physical book), the refund process will be initiated.
* Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days. The amount will be credited back to your original mode of payment.

5. Replacement Timeframes (Physical Products)
If you opt for a replacement of a damaged physical book instead of a refund:
* Dispatch Timeline: Once the damaged item is received and the replacement is approved, the new book will be dispatched within 2 to 5 business days.
* Delivery Timeline: The replacement product will be delivered to you within the standard shipping timeframe of 5 to 10 working days after dispatch.
